We are looking to hire a Web Lead Developer IMMEDIATELY. The Web Lead Developer will be the leader in the structure, implementation, build and integration of web technologies. She/he will be using her/his meticulous eye for detail to assure that all work is well-built and well-maintained. We are looking for someone with the right technical skills but also someone who can act independently with minimum or none supervision and who has outstanding problem solving skills.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Codes consistently and to documented standards and specifications
• Responsible for full lifecycle development
• Create and track project plans. Leads design, implementation, and build efforts
• Works closely with project team to construct layout and organization of Web solutions
• Accurately estimates his/her tasks and manages multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to the team
• Track and communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions to senior management
• Management and documentation of standards and issues
Requirements include:

• #1 requirement: STRONG PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, the ability to think out of the box and work independently with minimum or none supervision - A MUST!
• 2+ years of experience in the fully life web development cycle, strong object-oriented programming skills
• Advance knowledge/experience in PHP programming and working with content management systems such as Drupal, Joomla and/or WordPress
• Experience with HTML/CSS (desirable but not required)
• Knowledge of Web hosting environments and related technologies (desirable)
• Detail-oriented with skills to oversee tasks from beginning to end
• Excellent communication skills. Domain of the English language will be a strong plus
• Posses a high speed internet connection and being able to work from home during US business hours
